Organisational conflict resolution and mediation

To help navigate complex work environments, it is vital to have a self-reflective space that allows for an understanding of task and task avoidance while recognising the challenges of the work and how these may affect relationships and lead to potential conflicts. The purpose of reflective spaces is to create a supportive environment for a team, typically composed of professionals, to engage in discussions and work towards untangling issues that interfere with or influence their work tasks. This initiative aims to reduce energy-draining conflict, enabling professionals to be more focused and available for their work tasks.

Lollipop Studio helps entrepreneurs, small/medium businesses and independent brands with graphic design, branding and packaging projects.

Behind Lollipop Studio is me - graphic designer Rachel Le Mesurier. Based in London and with over 20 years experience I have worked on a huge range of graphic design and branding projects - big and small.

I can help you with all your design needs - from creating a website to packaging, brochures, a complete brand identity or ongoing design support for those odd jobs.

Lollipop is more than a graphic design studio - I understand independent brands - I have been there and lived it. I know how to bring a product to market, what you need for a trade show, a press pack and clever packaging solutions.
